Exceeded all expectations! Top 3 dessert of all time, best preparation of ravioli I've ever had, excellent arancini. Everything was amazing. I'd highly recommend Chef Vinny and definitely will hire him again if I have the chance.

I am sitting here eating left overs from last night still in amazement at how amazing it was having Chef Vinny host us in my home last night. There are five items above to choose from and you are only allowed to choose three or else I would have chosen all five. My daughter and son-in-law gifted us this dinner and she told me Vinny was so easy to work with. He had great ideas and was very attentive to all of our dietary restrictions creating a menu specific to us. Vinny and his assistant showed up right on time. They brought all their own cooking utensils and the plates and silverware we would be using. Dinner started with the first course which was three Mediterranean style dips and two lamb appetizers. Each was better than the next. The offerings were in abundance and there was no way our group would be able to eat it all. The second course consisted of three different main dishes, vegetarian, a chicken and a duck, each with accompaniments. Each was served separately with time allowed to leisurely eat each dish. Thank goodness no matter how stuffed you are there is always somehow room for dessert. We were served a lemon custard tart with ice cream. Our friends were blown away. They could not stop thanking us for an amazing experience. We look forward to working with them again and sharing their culinary artistry with more of our friends. I am confident that anyone that chooses chef Vinny to host an event for them will be truly satisfied they made that choice.

The food that they catered for my event was exemplary. They worked with our budget and came up with dishes that all my guests loved. Vinny, the owner, is very professional. He took care of every minute detail to make my event a memorable one.
