Cooking Class - Hand-Rolled Sushi Essentials

Embark on a culinary journey to Japan with this robust menu curated by Chef Misun for this technique-focused class, where you'll learn how to slice, dice and roll your way to sushi perfection.
First, prepare a fresh Japanese garden salad and warm seaweed miso soup peppered with tofu. Next, Chef Misun will teach you the basics of preparing three varieties of sushi — maki rolls, nigiri and hand rolls — using fresh vegetables and seafood, seaweed and sushi rice. For a sweet ending, whip up yuzu-infused créme brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
