Take a culinary journey to Japan in this engaging cooking class with Chef Adrian and learn traditional cooking techniques while crafting a mouthwatering menu from scratch.
To begin, learn how to expertly create handmade sushi: wrap seafood in rice and seaweed sheets to make California rolls and spicy crab rolls and also prepare salmon nigiri. To finish, make a decadent dorayaki pancake filled with red bean paste.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
