Cooking Class - An Evening In Provence

Begin by making chickpea flatbread from scratch served with a saffron aioli and a niçoise-style salad with fresh vegetables. For your entrée, you'll prepare moules frites — mussels swimming in a buttery white wine sauce with fries. Conclude your French culinary adventure with traditional lavender macarons.
