Chef Wearing a Mask (Upon Request) Learn how to make an authentic Cuban meal in this interactive cooking class.
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll take a culinary adventure to the island of Cuba under the professional guidance of Chef Jennie as you prepare a traditional four-course Cuban meal together.
First, Chef Jennie will teach you how to prepare homemade plantain chips and avocado salad. For the entrée, you'll make a single pot arroz con pollo featuring rice and chicken and studded with roasted peppers and peas. To end the meal on a sweet note, you'll learn how to whip up a classic flan de leche for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

All I can say is AMAZING!!!! I booked a traditional Cuban cuisine private dinner for my birthday with chef Jennie. I flew all the way to LA from TN for this experience, and it was well worth it. Chef Jennie made my guest and I feel welcomed from the time we approached her location until we left. There was plenty of good food, good vibes, good drinks, and music. I will definitely be booking again soon. Thanks again ?

I had so much fun with Chef Jennie! She has a great deal of knowledge about Cuban cuisine and techniques, and her food is very authentic. She is really fun to work with and very outgoing. I look forward to learning more about Cuban cooking in the future with her.
Meet your chef
Chef Jennie’s love for cooking started at a young age as she grew up working in her father’s restaurant. She now brings a decade of professional culinary experience to the table. Chef Jennie most recently served as the executive chef at an eating disorder treatment center, which immensely grew her passion for helping others through food. She now owns her own business, and hosts and teaches interactive cooking experiences.
