Join Chef Kathy as she teaches you how to whip up a traditional multi-course Thai menu that's sure to satisfy in this hands-on cooking class. For vegans and vegetarians, Chef Kathy will adapt these authentic recipes into plant-based versions bursting with flavor.
First, you'll prepare fresh spring rolls wrapped in rice paper and filled with cucumber, herbs and lettuce, with your choice of shrimp or tofu. Next, you will learn how to craft a Thai salad using cabbage, Thai chilis and garlic before making authentic Thai basil chicken or vegan protein served with rice and peppers. Your class finishes up with a delectable dessert of bananas in sweet coconut cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
