You’ll kick things off with vegan elote made with sweet corn and creamy vegan mayonnaise, topped with crispy, spicy tortilla chips. Next, learn proper knife techniques while preparing zesty pico de gallo loaded with tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeños and lime. To wrap things up, you’ll fry vegan churros coated in cinnamon sugar and pair them with luscious dipping chocolate. Book today!

Date night with my boyfriend and Chef Cocoa was a lovely experience. I gifted him this Cozymeal sushi class, and we had so much fun prepping and rolling sushi. It turned into a very filling dinner — we even had to take some to go. The class was well organized and easy to follow, with a great group of people. The ambiance at Chef Andy’s place was great, plus easy parking. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful evening making bruschetta, risotto, chicken marsala, and tiramisu. We learned some tips for getting the right texture for the risotto, got a refresher on correctly searing chicken, and made tiramisu for the first time.
