You’ll kick things off with vegan elote made with sweet corn and creamy vegan mayonnaise, topped with crispy, spicy tortilla chips. Next, learn proper knife techniques while preparing zesty pico de gallo loaded with tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeños and lime.
