Join Chef Nicholas for a hands-on cooking class that features favorite dishes from New American, Italian and French cuisines, and utilizes high-quality ingredients and smart cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire include classic beef tartare served on grilled bread with a porcini mushroom vinaigrette, homemade pappardelle pasta served with an incredible bolognese sauce made with ground veal, pork, lamb and beef, bacon and chicken livers, and a traditional crème brûlée with mixed berry compote for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
