The hands-on class begins with bacon-wrapped scallops and lemon-garlic butter, and succulent lobster bisque made with herbs, celery, onions, carrots, sherry and clam juice. Continue sharpening your culinary skills while preparing a perfectly tender filet mignon with giant prawns accompanied by mashed potatoes and green beans, and a from-scratch seasonal pie made with condensed milk.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
