In this hands-on class with Chef Mike, you will learn how to properly cook vegetables in a way that creates bold, interesting flavor profiles and textures, and create vegetarian dishes that are both deceptively simple and staggeringly complex.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include a citrusy and completely crave-worthy green salad built on a bed of little gem lettuce, brown butter sunchokes with furikake and pickled radish, baharat-spiced financiers with apples and homemade sweet potato pie purée, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
