Maggie was so organized and prepared for our class. She taught us some great professional techniques, the meal was delicious and we have such a better understanding of vegan cooking techniques. By the end of class we were both flipping our own crepes!

Maggie was such a fantastic teacher and made amazingly flavorful food for us! I don't usually expect delicious Vegan European food, but this surpassed all my expectations. My favorite dish of the night was the ratatouille with each flavor note standing out beautifully and paired perfectly with a simple baked potato topped with hollandaise sauce. Yum! The best part was that all the dishes being so simple and healthy, are easily replicable any other time at home. We definitely learned a lot and cannot recommend her enough! Truly a wonderful birthday surprise!

What a fabulous experience we had with Chef Maggie! She made everything so fun and accessible, and was very accommodating. We learned some new skills and enjoyed a delicious vegan meal, that even my die hard meat eating father was still talking about the next day! Thank you, Chef Maggie!
