There are few things more comforting than a hearty bowl of pasta — especially when it's homemade. In this cooking class with Chef Neilie, you will learn how to make your own pasta completely from scratch.

Begin with a fresh green salad and crunchy radishes before prepping your pasta dough and rolling, shaping and topping it with grass-fed beef bolognese sauce. Then, for dessert, learn the techniques to perfecting a creamy Italian affogato.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
