Cooking Class - Bread and Nut Butter 101

Chef Victoria will show you how to make your own nut butter and freshly baked bread.

These homemade varieties of nut butters are much more healthy and flavorful than those purchased from the grocery store! In this class, Chef Victoria will cover selecting, soaking, dehydrating and roasting nuts, as well as preparing and storing the nuts and nut butters.

Learn how to make moist carrot cake bread with walnut butter, zucchini bread with cinnamon-cashew butter, and tahini banana bread with chocolate and maple-pecan butter. All recipes use natural maple syrup, honey, dates or stevia instead of refined, white sugar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Victoria's class was very fun and informative, especially if you're interested in vegan and gluten-free food and desserts. She is very creative in the kitchen and knows just how to make vegan and gluten-free foods be super delicious without compromising any flavor or texture. Chef Victoria is a phenomenal cook and baker. She has extensive knowledge of how to work around food allergies and intolerances to make creative , delicious meals for the entire family.
