In this hands-on class with Chef Alan, you will learn how to prepare a sophisticated four-course dinner menu using a bounty of fresh fruit and cooking techniques that yield incredible flavor profiles.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include roasted beet Napoleons featuring goat cheese and pomegranate jewels, a lemony snapper entrée with bananas and toasted almonds, a homemade tomato couscous side, and a unbelievably moist pear cardamom cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
