Join Chef Liam and learn how to prepare a richly indulgent Italian feast from scratch.
In this hands-on class with Chef Liam, you will learn how to prepare an indulgent three-course Italian feast using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques.
You will begin the class by crafting a beautiful antipasto board showcasing Italian cured meats and cheeses as well as a couple of homemade spreads. Then, Chef Liam will share with you the secret to brewing the perfect pot of risotto layered with texture and flavor. For dessert, you can look forward to making a decadent butterscotch Italian custard known as budino.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My 14 year old nephew and I had a great experience learning to make sushi! Liam was knowledgable, friendly and patient as learned to roll the sushi. I really enjoyed having a cooking class in the comfort of my own kitchen and Liam was also very respectful of our home cleaning up along the way and leaving our kitchen spotless. I will definitely sign up for more cooking classes in the future. It's such a fun, interactive way to spend time with family and friends and Liam was the perfect teacher!

After graduating from the Culinary institute of America with a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Chef Liam continued to hone his craft in a variety of bakeries, restaurants, and catering companies.
