Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a shrimp and chicken sausage gumbo built on the Holy Trinity and a well-balanced cocktail of Cajun spices that will leave your taste buds singing a jazzy little tune, as well as a lighter, more elegant take on the classic heavy hitter sweet potato pie dessert.
