Join Chef Lamar and revel in the festival of flavors also known as Cajun cuisine.
In this fun and exciting hands-on class with Chef Lamar, you will learn how to prepare a remarkable four-course menu that showcases the beauty of Cajun flavors and time-honored recipes.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a shrimp and chicken sausage gumbo built on the Holy Trinity and a well-balanced cocktail of Cajun spices that will leave your taste buds singing a jazzy little tune, as well as a lighter, more elegant take on the classic heavy hitter sweet potato pie dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My thoughtful husband purchased your services for me as a birthday gift. Chef Lamar was an amazing delight! He arrived at our house on time. He was both entertaining and knowledgeable. As a foodie, I really enjoyed learning about the foods we were eating. Most importantly, he cooked an absolutely delicious meal.
