In this hands-on class with Chef Lamar, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Mexican-style menu that showcases a spectrum of bold colors and fierce flavors that will ignite the taste buds in a way that won’t leave you searching for a glass of milk to quell the fire.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a shrimp ceviche exploding with flavor, handcrafted chicken enchiladas with chipotle salsa, and homemade pineapple sorbet to cool down with at the end of the class.
