Cooking Class - Japanese and Asian Favorites
Japanese cuisine is known for its cultural importance and the methodical care with which it is prepared. In this cooking class, Chef Diervion will provide expert knowledge on the delicate steps needed to create these incredibly flavorful dishes.
You'll never need to order takeout again after learning how to prepare beef onigiri, deep-fried tonkatsu and rice infused with crab fat. Then, sauté beef to perfection with soy sauce, eel sauce and topped with green onions. For dessert, Chef Diervion will show you how to make Japanese coffee jelly with chocolate ganache.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
