Learn all about exciting ingredients and flavor pairings as you create plates such as beef carpaccio, tagliatelle pomodoro, pork chop Milanese and zeppole! Chef Josh created a fun and educational atmosphere. He was open to answering all questions and his enthusiasm about each dish made the experience all-the-more enjoyable. From the savory dishes to dessert, all of the food was incredible!

Chef Josh, an executive chef at a local restaurant specializing in fresh Italian fare, has spent over two decades honing his craft in kitchens across Minnesota and Florida. With a few appearances on the Food Network under his belt, and armed with a culinary arts degree from the Art Institute, Chef Josh is excited to share his knowledge and love for amazing food in hands-on cooking classes you won’t want to miss!
