Discover the bright, balanced flavors of Thai home cooking in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mimi. Each dish is built around the interplay of sweet, sour, salty and aromatic – and every technique in this session helps you understand how to find and hold that balance yourself.

 

You'll start by thinly slicing and dressing the cucumber salad with lime and fish sauce before shaping and griddling lemongrass flatbread with herb butter. The session then moves to the wok – soaking and stir-frying pad Thai noodles with egg, protein of your choice and tamarind, learning to toss and season in real time for that signature street food char. You'll finish by whisking and steaming a silky Thai coconut custard from scratch. Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to booking.
