Rachel came fully prepared and was very knowledgeable. She was extremely encouraging and made the cooking part so easy. She was so nice and warm and made us feel so comfortable in the kitchen. I would absolutely recommend Chef Rachel and this experience to all my friends and family.

Chef Rachel was awesome, she was very nice. She gave very easy to follow instructions to give us confidence to try making pasta on our own. It was a great family experience!

Rachel was fantastic. Her home was easy to find and her kitchen was perfect for our group of five. She provided amazing and healthy recipes that we've already made more batches of at home. She was a fantastic host and an expert at her craft. We picked up many skills and would highly recommend Rachel!

Rachel was great, and we really had a lot of fun at the class. Her communication beforehand was very clear and helpful, and she made it a great experience for everyone. We laughed a lot, and the recipes were easy to follow with delicious end results. I think all of us wanted to come back and do another class sometime! Would definitely recommend this class with Rachel if you're looking for some healthier dessert options to make for yourself or your kids.

If you go into this class with the right expectations, it's super fun and everything is yummy. Rachel is fun, personable, and knowledgeable about making great snacks/treats that are healthy and tasty. But it is less of a cooking "class" and more of a fun food experience with a great host. Keep that in mind and you will have a fun time! I'd definitely book with Rachel again.

Rachel was so great. Her recipes we’re creative, delicious, and something that we can actually replicate at home. She was knowledgeable and made the class fun. I highly recommend taking a class with her.

I learned so much I don’t know where to begin, cutting skills, proper knives, what pan is right for me, practical cooking and planning techniques I can really use. This is so helpful because now I know how to cook and have options that are wonderful for dinner and don’t take long to make. I loved the relaxing fun environment as well.

I love how Rachel teaches from technique. Now that I know the basic ingredients and steps to take I can cook so many different meals easily. This was such a fun and educational time spent with good food and friends.

Chef Rachel is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She is an amazing teacher, kept us fully engaged, and we had so much fun learning new techniques. I highly recommend Chef Rachel’s cooking classes to anyone in the Minneapolis area!
