Learn how to create perfect pasta and a selection of sides in this in-person cooking class with Chef Rachel. She'll teach you to take your idea of Italian cuisine to a new levels of fantastic flavor.
Begin this exciting lesson by creating a spinach artichoke crostini appetizer first. Then, prepare fresh, handmade pappardelle pasta and toss a classic Caesar salad topped with homemade croutons. Once you've finished handcrafting your noodles, learn the secrets to preparing authentic Bolognese sauce to cover the pasta. Finally, craft a delicious crème brûlée for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
