Chef Rachel was an absolute delight and amazing host. She was an excellent resource in providing skill tips and educational background on Italian cooking and general cooking and skills knowledge. A great atmosphere and positive energy made the experience very memorable and left us craving more opportunities to learn more from Chef Rachael. This is a must-do experience and definitely recommended for a unique and fun-filled celebration!

We loved cooking with Chef Rachel! Everything was seamless from start to finish and we had so much fun. Her home was set up perfectly for the group, and she had all of the ingredients prepared beforehand, so we could focus solely on learning how to make the dishes. We learned a lot and had so much fun, and all of the food we made was amazing! We will definitely be making the recipes that we made with her. I can't recommend her and her classes enough!

We had a great time! Chef Rachel was really nice and patient with us while teaching us to make homemade pasta. It was a fun and wonderful experience. My husband enjoyed it also. Chef Rachel asked if we were celebrating anything and so I mentioned it was our 8th wedding anniversary. After we cooked, she set us up at the dining room table for dinner which was decorated nicely in her beautiful home and included an anniversary card on the table. She served the meal we made and she also shared her own special elderberry, non-alcoholic drink that was delicious in honor of our anniversary. The food was great and we learned a lot about making pasta. I hope our travels take us back to the Minneapolis area so that we can take another cooking class with Chef Rachel. I highly recommend Chef Rachel!

Rachel was great, and we really had a lot of fun at the class. Her communication beforehand was very clear and helpful, and she made it a great experience for everyone. We laughed a lot, and the recipes were easy to follow with delicious end results. I think all of us wanted to come back and do another class sometime! Would definitely recommend this class with Rachel if you're looking for some healthier dessert options to make for yourself or your kids.

If you go into this class with the right expectations, it's super fun and everything is yummy. Rachel is fun, personable, and knowledgeable about making great snacks/treats that are healthy and tasty. But it is less of a cooking "class" and more of a fun food experience with a great host. Keep that in mind and you will have a fun time! I'd definitely book with Rachel again.

I learned so much I don’t know where to begin, cutting skills, proper knives, what pan is right for me, practical cooking and planning techniques I can really use.
