In this hands-on cooking class from Chef Rachel, flavors you know and love become deliciously new. You may have tasted these recipes before, but you've never had them like this!
In addition to learning how to plate your dishes, begin class by replacing a classic cheese ball with walnut-crusted cheese canapés before making eggplant Napoleon, a reimagined eggplant Parmesan. Then, prepare a novel take on meatloaf and potatoes with savory meatloaf cupcakes and enjoy a lesson in dessert that reinvents the humble brownie as a magnificent brownie sundae topped with warm bourbon sauce.
