Cooking Class - Handmade Sushi and More
In this hands-on class with Chef Pao, you will learn how to prepare several different types of sushi and more using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Japanese culinary techniques.
After beginning with a Japanese green salad, Chef Pao will teaching you everything you need to know to prepare handmade sushi like a pro, including sushi rice cooking, rolling techniques, knife skills and more. Then, you will try your hand at creating a salmon avocado roll, a California roll, a spicy tuna roll and fresh nigiri, before ending with a fun Japanese dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
