From berbere-spiced sambusas to slow-sautéed tibs and fragrant lentils scooped with traditional injera, this culinary session offers a genuine immersion into one of the world's most distinctive and communal food cultures.

 

The menu to be crafted by you moves through a bright tomato and onion salata, crispy sambusas, beef or chicken tibs finished with berbere and niter kibbeh and a classic misir and gomen – spiced red lentils alongside garlicky Ethiopian-style spinach. The evening closes with a warm Habesha tea service with cinnamon, clove and cardamom alongside freshly baked himbasha bread. Book your spot today.
