There is a wonderful world of sushi waiting for you to explore! Chef John showcases succulent sushi as you learn how to make your own rolls and more.
Start the night off with flavorsome spicy miso soup that you will prepare using authentic Japanese ingredients. Learn more about sushi than you ever thought possible as you create and roll maki using tuna, cucumber, avocado and shrimp tempura, and learn how to craft shrimp nigiri in traditional fashion. Sharpen your knife skills as you plate your dishes to perfection.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
