Learn how to throw an Italian dinner party your guests will forever be raving about.
In this hands-on class with Chef Jessie, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare an impressive four-course Italian menu that will be perfect for your next dinner party.
You will begin with a traditional bruschetta followed by a Caesar salad with a homemade dressing that loves getting lost in the nooks and crannies of crisp little gem lettuce. For the entree, you will learn how to make homemade potato gnocchi and traditional pesto completely from scratch. Finally, you'll end with a velvety chocolate pot de crème.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jessie is very inviting, her personality makes you feel welcomed right away. She is a wonderful instructor and her teaching is very hands on. Her knowledge of food is amazing and she answered any questions I had. The food was incredible and full of flavor! I would recommend Chef Jessie to anyone looking to have a great time and is ready to learn recipes you can replicate at home!
Growing up in Hawaii, Chef Jessie was exposed to the idea of accentuating fresh, local produce at a young age. Watching her mother, Chef Jessie was always encouraged to experiment with ingredients and have fun in the kitchen. Over 20 years later, she finds herself fully immersed in the culinary world, leading her to her new position as an Executive Chef as well as a teacher of an array of fun and easy-going cooking classes.
