We had an amazing time learning to cook pasta with Liz. She made the class very fun while teaching us all kinds of new ways we can cook at home. She has a great apartment to cook in. I would highly recommend the class!

Chef Liz was very knowledgeable, energic, and patient throughout our cook. Her apartment is awesome (as is her dog Frank!) We had a great time learning how to cook pasta and caesar salad and would highly recommend the experience. Thanks again Liz!

"Fresh" is the name of the game in Chef Liz's kitchen, so expect to pick out spicy arugula, sweet peaches, and hearty almonds in her seasonal dishes. You should also expect to learn something, since Chef Liz's passion for the science and art behind food are apparent in her classes. Want a fun fact about cheese curds? How about a little-known substitute for pine nuts? You'll learn it as Chef Liz explains how to make dishes such as ricotta cheese and pesto from scratch. Sound complicated? With Chef Liz, it's anything but.

Liz came to our house for sushi-preparation 'workshop' for my daughter's 12th birthday with 10 of her friends. She was well organized and prepared, she brought everything she needed with her. On the night she was efficient and practical, and very helpful and patient with the girls. Fun was had by all!

We hired Liz for a dinner party we were throwing at our house and she did the most amazing job! She was there right on time, with everything organized and planned out. The charcuterie board and appetizers were out as soon as the first guests were arriving! The dinner was a delicious summer salad with fennel and paella with extra mussels on the side. She topped off the meal with homemade churros and ice cream! Everyone raved about the food! On top of everything, she was such a nice person to be around! We will definitely be hiring her again!
