Amazing flavors! Hands on learning. Highly recommend Chef David. We took the French cooking class. You will learn to prepare a Gourmet meal! This is a great date night or just a fun night out. A nice to change to the normal routine of going out to dinner. If you live in the New Jersey of Philadelphia area - this cooking class is worth it!

Last night myself and my wife, Patti attended a class with Chef David in Philadelphia at his house. It was truly a great class and Chef David was outstanding. We were in a group of six people total and he kept us busy while really teaching us some great Italian style cooking. We all enjoyed the fruits of our labor as we sat down and ate together and Chef David made it seem that we all knew each other for a long time. The class flew by but we left knowing we learned so much that we will use at our kitchen in the near future. Well done, Chef David!!

Chef David was phenomenal, making us feel welcomed in his home from start to finish while providing an entertaining and informational class. We will definitely be signing up for another class with him!

I can't even begin to explain how worth it this class truly is! Not only is Chef David very knowledgeable and helpful, but he is also very inviting and charismatic; it felt like we were just hanging out with an old friend. His workspace is both warm and professional, and he makes sure that every person in the class is engaged and learning. The food was among the best I've ever had, and gave me a new appreciation for simple, homemade meals. I will definitely be booking another class and/or private party in the future!

My husband and I have never been to a cooking class. This was an incredible first experience! The recipes David taught us are recipes we believe that we could recreate! His own personal experiences and family history really made the experience special. There was so much food to eat, so go hungry! And you get to take leftovers home! I can’t wait to try out these recipes at home!

Great experience! Excellent service and host. David has converted his house into an intimate, spacious dining kitchen. Accommodations were top notch.

We did the French Gourmet Dinner with Chef David and had an amazing time. He really gets you right into the act of cooking. all the while talking and teaching about the best way to prepare everything on the menu. He was so engaging that at some points I felt like I was on a restaurant cook line. The food and recipes were very tasty and both my GF and I highly recommend this class.

Had a great time learning the basics of pasta making with Chef David, and cannot recommend this class enough! This was a great gift for my wife who has been interested in learning some tips for making homemade pasta. Chef David is very experienced and passionate, and the small class size allows you to get personal instruction. The food was incredible and there were leftovers to bring home as well.

I attended a cooking class with my daughter and found it to be a great experience. We participated in preparing a delicious meal and learned a few good cooking tips in the process. I brought a friend with me to learn how to make pasta with sauce and gnocchi over brown butter with Chef David last week. Chef David is such a natural Chef that it truly shows how much he enjoys all aspects of creating so many different foods! This class was so much fun! We were two couples and loved that the class was casual and relaxed. We made two kinds of pasta, two sauces, and had pre-made dessert. There’s also enough to take home! I was skeptical of this experience at first, concerned about the quality if the class and also the flow of it. But I am beyond glad I booked it anyway! Chef David brings more to the table than just the actual cooking (which was gourmet and delicious) and the teaching. He shares his knowledge, stories and experiences that liven the conversation and also provide more color to dish we are making and thoroughly enjoying. My fiance and I both agreed the entire experience was so much better than dining at a 'fancy' restaurant and we got to take home all the yummy leftovers! Thanks Chef David, see you again soon!

I bought a cooking lesson through Cozymeal with Chef David to have a special date night for our one year wedding anniversary. I was a little nervous about how it would go, as we've never done anything like this before. Chef David made our night AMAZING and one to remember :) He was welcoming, engaging, and a ton of fun. The food turned out better than I could have imagined, and Chef David walked you through each step. He has a true passion for cooking and good food, and it really showed! We wound up with a ton of left overs that we brought home and enjoyed for the rest of the week (and we still have some fresh pasta in the freezer!). I learned so much during our lesson, and we had such a great time!! At the end of the night, David invited us to finish our wine that we brought out on his back patio, and enjoyed hanging out! Overall, this experience was a true 5-stars and I would highly recommend it as either a date night or a girls night out!

I booked the Sicilian Fusion Night with Chef David for my boyfriend's birthday to do something different and the experience was absolutely fantastic!! I highly recommend this experience with Chef David for anyone who enjoys eating great food and learning about the food they are eating as well! The food was delicious and learning how to make pasta from scratch is something we will continue to do on our own. Chef David was very easy to talk to and had great stories about his experiences as a chef! In addition, Chef David was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. My boyfriend can't eat seeds and Chef David adjusted the meal as needed without any hesitations, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My boyfriend has been telling everyone about the experience and has said that this was his favorite birthday yet! It's safe to say we will absolutely be coming back to work with Chef David again!

This was my first time taking a cooking class so I didn’t really what to expect. Upon arrival to his house, Chef David was very welcoming and hospitable. He quickly evaluated my skill level and after conversation over a glass of wine we started on our Beef Roulade. Chef David knew the history behind the dish and everything. While I was learning how to cook this classic European entree, Chef David was showing me various techniques and sharing a lot of different knowledge that I can attribute to every day cooking. After about 1 hours of prep and cook we were enjoying this delicious beef roll and string beans complimented with a red wine sauce. Overall an excellent experience. Chef David’s education and experience really shows on the plate. He also has a knack for teaching. I can’t wait to cook this dish for family and friends. I definitely recommend this guy!

I have never been to a cooking class before. Especially skeptical about going to someone’s house. BUT I WAS BLOWN AWAY. The house is kept up super clean and the whole amtmosphere at CHEF David’s House was amazing. We thought we were going to cook only what was on the menu but we the extra time we had he managed to prepare us something else which was amazing.
