Cooking Class - Essentials of Homemade Pasta

Learn the essentials of pasta making and more in this hands-on experience with Chef David.

In this hands-on class with Chef David, you will learn the skills and techniques essential to making beautiful homemade pasta. Not only will you learn the ins and outs of handmade pasta, you'll also learn culinary techniques you can add to your repertoire.

You'll have the opportunity to make several different pastas with the expert guidance of Chef David that includes spaghetti, tagliatelle, pappardelle and gnocchi. You'll then learn how to prepare the succulent sauces to accompany your fresh pasta. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a homemade granita.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Last night myself and my wife, Patti attended a class with Chef David in Philadelphia at his house. It was truly a great class and Chef David was outstanding. We were in a group of six people total and he kept us busy while really teaching us some great Italian style cooking. We all enjoyed the fruits of our labor as we sat down and ate together and Chef David made it seem that we all knew each other for a long time. The class flew by but we left knowing we learned so much that we will use at our kitchen in the near future. Well done, Chef David!!

He attended the International Culinary Center in New York City.
