My husband and I had an amazing time in the cooking class. It was a fun, learning experience. Chef JD explained everything so well and made everything easy to follow. We definitely will be back for more!

This class was incredibly fun, and full on interactive! I've learned so much about timing, seasoning, and truly enjoying the cooking experience! It's really fun to work with others and meet new people too! Great job everyone!!

Chef JD is very personable and possesses ample teaching knowledge for experienced and aspiring chefs. His presentation and organization throughout the class impressed me and I look forward to recreating the meal at home.

My husband I did the Italian cooking class and it was amazing last night. We had a blast learning how to make our own pasta and bolognese sauce. The chef did a great job having everything set up and made the cooking process easy and fun. I would recommend this to any couple looking for a fun date night. We look forward to attending another one of cooking classes in the near future.

My boyfriend and I LOVED the recent brunch-themed class we took at Salt & Pepper. The classes are very hands-on and we learned a lot about technique too (like how to perfectly poach an egg!). JD manages to be in three or four places at once, answering questions, taste-testing and noting different food preferences (I wanted my eggs benedict over hard). We'll definitely be back and love being able to support this small business. Don't forget to BYOB!

Had a great time at the holiday cooking class! As a midwestern transplant I don’t always have family close by to give me tips on the thanksgiving essentials: how do you brine a turkey? How long do I cook this thing? What exactly IS a “giblet” (hint: you don’t really want to know ). The class at S&P helped me understand all of the above, plus many other useful pieces of advice. It was BYOB and there was pouring service which was a nice touch. Plus the food was AWESOME! Honestly worth it for the food alone Will be back again!

This is one of the best ways to spend an evening! Not only did I come away with new, great holiday recipes in my arsenal; I had great fun and learned a few things. Not to mention the food was fabulous!

What an awesome place this is! We invited friends to join us and make a three course meal here and we had so much fun together. We learned so much and enjoyed the food immensely! This is a super fun and creative date night or a perfect time to enjoy friends. We will be back!

We set up a cooking class for 17 people. J.D. was great to work with. We learned how to cook various items on an Italian menu, BYOB for wine and he even set up his Karaoke machine for us. We had a great time, the food was delicious and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and tasty evening.
