We had so much fun! Chef Erin was funny and made fancy restaurant food approachable for us to make at home. We made olive tapenade crostinis, individual salmon Wellington with mushrooms, wild rice, asparagus, and we were supposed to make rum infused chocolate chip cookies other oven had an issue so she made us a chocolate mousse from scratch while we ate and sent the cookie dough home with us so we can still enjoy them. I highly recommend this experience. We learned a lot and laughed and enjoyed every minute!

Absolutely loved this experience. Chef Erin was wonderful, warm, engaging, and made everything feel easy and fun from start to finish. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and the atmosphere was made even more special by another couple celebrating their anniversary, which added such a sweet, joyful vibe to the evening. Amazing food, good wine, great company, and a truly memorable night. Highly recommend!

Everything was delicious, and there was a friendly, chill vibe. Also, the ingredients were affordable, and the recipes were easy to follow and something we feel confident repeating on my own. The only thing is that we wish it was a bit more private or had the spacer to ourselves.

We had a great time cooking with Erin. Everything was so good! We also learned some fun techniques too! She was super friendly and welcoming and Christmas tree and decorations were so pretty! We recommend learning from Erin if you get a chance.

My wife and I have always wanted to do cooking classes together, but with Covid it made it extremely difficult to find a class that checked all of our boxes. So, we did Cozymeal on a whim and we can attest that we were very surprised by just how much we loved this date night! We owe all of it to Chef Erin. She makes the entire experience with her warm welcome and keeps you laughing the entire night. She takes the work out of cooking and makes it memorable. Not to mention, the Salmon Wellington is by far one of the best things I’ve ever had! This is definitely one of the best dates we have ever been on and will absolutely be back again and again.

In a word, Erin was amazing. The class is in her home and from start to finish she walks you thru the three course meal. We didn’t know what to expect but the menu and her execution was top notch. Not only did we leave full and extremely happy with the food, but we are confident we could reproduce it. We highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking to shake it up and do something other than just dinner out.

Chef Sharon was an absolute delight! I purchased a class as a gift for my husband’s birthday, he loved it. Chef Sharon was very patient with us and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. We would absolutely do this again!

Chef Sharon was amazing! We came as a staff team building activity and with 10 women in the kitchen, she gave us each tasks and made us feel like we were part of the cooking experience. Her story is amazing and we loved listening and learned…and eating! I was worried it wouldn’t be enough food (coming from NY these experiences are expensive and minute) BUT we were filled to the brim. Chef Sharon is also a cold brew expert, so looking forward to coming back and trying her coffee!

Chef Erin was amazing and very personable. This was our first experience up close with a chef and we would definitely do it again, it was a blast. She was very detailed and easy to understand and willing to work with you at whatever pace you needed. Loved the experience and will be recommending it to family and friends.

Excellent experience. Erin is engaging and really knows her stuff. We learned a lot from her: No special appliances or exotic ingredients required. She starts with quality ingredients and strives for no more than 5 ingredients in any given dish. Stuffed mushrooms, grilled asparagus with hollandaise, cherry tomatoes sweated in butter, outstanding steak and then a strawberry in Belgian chocolate. Highly recommended. LC & Brenda

Erin was a blast. From the get go we all hit it off with her. She became a quick friend. We were all so comfortable with her, asking questions and she was so helpful to give us feedback on things we cook all the time at home and have questions for. She was very personable and enjoyable. The food was so delicious and even though it was fancy, it was so manageable to cook! She really does a great job of making sure that this is something you can do in your own home. It was so tasty and we just had a ball. Would love to go back and hangout with her again and learn some more about cooking. Would highly recommend Erin for any occasion. Go there ready to connect and make a friend. After all, cooking is about bringing people together and that's what she did. Food for the win!

My girlfriend and I took this class to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. We had an absolute blast! Chef Erin does an incredible job at making you feel confident in your cooking abilities, even if your background mostly involves a microwave. Everything ingredient we used could be purchased at a regular grocery store. The food was amazing and surprisingly easy to put together. It just took some confidence. Chef Erin is also incredibly personable and really made us feel welcome and comfortable. We learned multiple tricks of the trade that we will not be forgetting any time soon. If you are looking for a fun experience to do with friends or family, book Chef Erin!

Our team had a wonderful time with Chef Erin. She was engaging, and she accommodated a couple of food allergies among our guests to everyone could enjoy the meal. Her home is absolutely lovely, too, with a beautiful outdoor enclosed garden area where a glass of wine could be enjoyed while things were in the oven! Highly recommend!

Chef Erin is the best!! She was so welcoming, joyful and just an absolute pleasure to be around. She made my team and I feel right at home from the start! One of the most fun experiences my girlfriend and I have done together! Chef Sharon is an absolute sweetheart and takes every precaution to make you feel safe and better enjoy the event. I have never been much of a cook but with the guidance of Chef Sharon, it was so much fun and she made us realize how easy these ‘complex’ meals are.
