Create decadent chocolate truffles from scratch with this hands-on chocolate-making class.
In this cooking class, you’ll turn chocolate, cream, butter and vanilla into silky ganache before chilling, rolling and shaping it into irresistible truffles. You’ll learn how to create a smooth texture and polished finish while coating your creations with cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles, crushed cookies and chopped pecans or almonds.
You’ll practice professional chocolate-making techniques while building an assortment perfect for gifting, celebrations or sneaking straight into your kitchen drawer.
