Chef JD welcomes your team in from the cold to celebrate seasonal flavors and ingredients.
Cozy up in Chef JD's venue in this hands-on team building class. Utilizing a menu that celebrates seasonal flavors, you and your team will learn how to prepare provisions to survive any blustery winter evening.
You will work together to prepare and enjoy a creative meal—including a spiced up soup, duck cassoulet, and pumpkin s’more-stuffed cupcakes—that will warm your heart and stomach. These innovative recipes are meant to teach impressive techniques while adding a few recipes to your repertoire that will "wow" friends and family.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef JD is a seasoned chef with background working in well-known local restaurants like Preston Hollow Grill and Neighborhood Services. Years of experience, combined with a degree in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America, have created a platform for an array of his innovative menus to stand upon. Chef JD’s classes concentrate on using these menus to teach mastery of basic cooking skills and advanced techniques in a fun and approachable environment.
