In this hands-on team building class, Chef Sara offers you and your team the opportunity to build the authentic, exotic tastes of four Spanish tapas dishes together.

True tapas dining is all about sociability. Working together to prepare a parade of small dishes then relishing a wide variety of flavors and textures is the way tapas were meant to be enjoyed. In short, tapas are not just a type of food, but a way of eating. Tapas are meant to be shared — as is the experience of creating and enjoying them.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sara is incredible. Everything about our experience was thoughtfully planned and executed, from the prep to the cleanup. The food was delicious and Chef Sara has an excellent balance between guiding instruction and encouraging autonomy/culinary creativity among participants. There is no doubt in my mind that we'll be booking again soon.
