In this hands-on team building class, Chef Sara offers you and your team the opportunity to build the authentic, exotic tastes of four Spanish tapas dishes together.

True tapas dining is all about sociability. Working together to prepare a parade of small dishes then relishing a wide variety of flavors and textures is the way tapas were meant to be enjoyed. In short, tapas are not just a type of food, but a way of eating. Tapas are meant to be shared — as is the experience of creating and enjoying them.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife got me the cooking session with Chef Sara as a part of birthday gift and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. It was the best bday gift one could ask for! I understand that constructive feedback is helpful but the truth is I honest couldn’t think of any constructive criticism, she was the absolute the best and very professional, yet it was like having a friend in the kitchen, teaching us how to properly cook.
