Traipse through a fun and light French cafe menu mastering quintessential recipes with your team.

In this hands-on team building class, Chef Sara guides you and your team in the preparation of a four-course French cafe menu that is light, fun, and complex without being complicated.

You and your team will begin by making a simple salad and a traditional French onion soup together. Then, you will move onto building the classic French ham and cheese sandwich covered in cheesy bechamel. Lastly, you and your team will marvel at the wonder of pâte à choux as you craft airy eclairs and cream puffs.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sara is a delight - she's energetic, accommodating, and encouraging. She put on an 'Iron-Chef' stye cooking class for our company's networking event and I had many attendees tell me afterwards this was the best networking event they've ever been to. I will absolutely book with her again.
