WHAT YOU’LL DO

Mash, mix and taste a flight of three fresh guacamoles in a hands-on session for large groups.

Give your group a flavorful escape from the agenda in this hands-on team building activity for 30 to 200 guests. Over 60 minutes, an instructor breaks down what makes guacamole great, from balancing citrus and seasoning to building texture and layering in fresh ingredients.

 

From there, everyone gets hands-on preparing and tasting a flight of three varieties: a classic guacamole, a fresh pico de gallo version and a spicy roasted corn version. Along the way, guests experiment with ingredients, discover new flavor combinations and pick up simple techniques for making restaurant-quality guacamole from scratch. It comes directly to your meeting room or event space and fits easily into breakout sessions, retreats and creative brain breaks.
