WHAT YOU’LL DO
Join Chef JD for a night in France in this hands-on team building event.
You and your colleagues will get to enjoy the fun of French cooking in this entertaining, hands-on class. Chef JD will instruct on the tips, techniques, and ingredients necessary to bring this fun, French-inspired menu to life.
Enjoy making everything in this three-course menu, including light and flavorful truffle cheddar gougeres, a delicious and generous short rib bourguignon with sweet and creamy parsnip mash, savory roasted vegetables, and frisee salad. You and your team will finish with a simple crème caramel with raspberry coulis to end the night.

My husband I did the Italian cooking class and it was amazing last night. We had a blast learning how to make our own pasta and bolognese sauce. The chef did a great job having everything set up and made the cooking process easy and fun. I would recommend this to any couple looking for a fun date night. We look forward to attending another one of cooking classes in the near future.

My boyfriend and I LOVED the recent brunch-themed class we took at Salt & Pepper. The classes are very hands-on and we learned a lot about technique too (like how to perfectly poach an egg!). JD manages to be in three or four places at once, answering questions, taste-testing and noting different food preferences (I wanted my eggs benedict over hard). We'll definitely be back and love being able to support this small business. Don't forget to BYOB!

Had a great time at the holiday cooking class! As a midwestern transplant I don’t always have family close by to give me tips on the thanksgiving essentials: how do you brine a turkey? How long do I cook this thing? What exactly IS a “giblet” (hint: you don’t really want to know ). The class at S&P helped me understand all of the above, plus many other useful pieces of advice. It was BYOB and there was pouring service which was a nice touch. Plus the food was AWESOME! Honestly worth it for the food alone Will be back again!
