In this hands-on class, join Chef JD in exploring all of the glorious cuisine Latin America has to offer. He will teach you the skills and techniques needed to create a three-course menu of traditional Latin American dishes.
You will begin your culinary journey in Brazil by learning how to make the Brazilian national dish: a savory black bean stew. Then, you will hop over to Venezuela to craft and enjoy the magic of fresh arepas. End your journey in Mexico with a time-honored and deeply flavored mole negro.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
