I had a very bad bad experience with this chef. I and my teammates really like her menu so we decided to book her class, and she send us a message telling us that she is not in town on the originally intended date and asking us if we can postpone it for 1 week. We agreed, again because we liked her. And the next weekend on Friday evening, 2 hours before the class started, she sent us message telling us that she could not make it because her assistant fell sick suddenly so no one could drive her to our address. Seriously? Seriously? In order to be able to do her job, regardless of the quality, she must have her assistant with her. No other backup plan. It is all the assistant's call. That was so so unprofessional of her. And of course we would never book any class with her.

Chiquita was a great teacher and we had the best time with her! She knew really well what she doing and was a very pleasant and fun company! The menu was delicious and we definitely learned how to make it. Highly recommended.
