Chef Najmieh Batmanglij, born and raised in Iran, learned the art of Persian cooking from her mother, but perfected her methods in France, where she followed her passion for creating delicious meals. Chef Najmieh is one of the best Persian chefs in the US. I love her abilities as a teacher to really share her experience and skills with her students and get them closer to Persian cuisine. Highly recommended!
