Chef Najmieh brings classic Persian cooking and a love of organic, seasonal ingredients to this refined class for food lovers. Chef Najmieh’s course includes a copy of the 25th anniversary edition of her book, “Food of life: Ancient Persian and Modern Iranian Cooking and Ceremonies”, as well as hands-on wisdom from the chef herself.

In this course, guests will learn how to recreate a romantic, five-course menu including tantalizing appetizers, jeweled rice, and chicken kebab. Chef Najmieh promises a truly unique cultural experience as she serves tea from her own samovar and fills every class with laughter and her favorite Iranian poetry. This is a Persian culinary experience that is not to be missed.
