I have had a long and varied career in food that includes working as a Head Chef at The Royal Hotel in Scotland, food editor at magazines including Woman's Realm and Kitchen Choice, editing and writing culinary books for the BBC and Merehurst Fairfax, and teaching cooking at various institutions. I specialize in pastry and traditional english cooking and my classes are fun and easy to follow.

I had the best time baking, sandwich making and sipping tea with Chef Gill! Highly recommend this class to feel transported to England!
