Cooking Class - Korean Cuisine
Chef Fumiko's culinary expertise in Korean cuisine is outstanding. In this hands-on cooking class, she'll share her knowledge and skills as you handcraft recipes from scratch.
You will be learning essential Korean cooking techniques as you prepare one of Korea's best well-known dishes: Bibimbap. Bibimbap is a rice bowl filled with all kinds of aromatic and fresh ingredients, including seasonal vegetables, thinly sliced meats and eggs. You'll also prepare a spicy tofu and chicken soup and a savory cucumber salad.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
