I've taken a few classes with Teambuilding with Taste and particularly Chef Susan and this was one of the best. The base recipes were easy to follow and we talked through several options for tailoring them based on our tastes - e.g., the vegetables to put into the risotto. Susan made techniques and recipes that we thought would be intimidating easy. In the end we sat down to a delicious dinner. I'd highly recommend Teambuilding with Taste, Chef Susan and this class in particular.
