Chef Vivian

Chef Vivian is awesome! My friend and I had a wonderful time getting to know her and learning about the history of New Orleans cooking from her. She had everything pre-prepped and was great at walking us through all of the steps of making the food. The food turned out incredible and the whole experience was the highlight of my trip to NOLA! Would definitely recommend taking a class with her!

Chef Vivian is a delight! The class was well organized and she had prepped everything ahead of time, making it super relaxing for our group. We had fun cooking and eating and enjoyed Vivian’s stories and history lessons. And the food was delicious, especially the bread pudding!

Vivian made our anniversary so special. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and fun to be with. This was our first time doing something like this and she blew us away. We will definitely use the recipes again and again. Thank you Vivian!

Chef Vivian started her class with showing me how to properly cut the ingredients. She was a great teacher and made sure to inform me of the safety precautions when chopping. The dish she showed me was shrimp creole. I cannot wait to create this dish again.
