Cooking Class - Flavors of Louisiana
Tantalize your taste buds with Creole flavors in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Vivian, where you'll create homemade sauces that compliment any meal as you cook your way through a classic Cajun meal.
Start with mixed spring greens and a savory and spicy shrimp remoulade sauce you'll crave. Next is authentic Creole chicken generously seasoned with Cajun herbs and spices over a bed of braised collard greens and rice pilaf. For dessert, Chef Vivian will teach you how to prepare bourbon-soaked bread pudding with warm spices.
