Learn to prepare your own authentic Louisiana spread in your own rental space thanks to this hands-on cooking class in New Orleans designed especially for tourists to the city. Chef Charmaigne travels to you with everything you need to whip up a spread brimming with hearty local flavor.

Compile a menu of favorites like shrimp remoulade, crab cakes, BBQ shrimp and bread pudding. You'll take home delicious recipes and memorable moments you won't get anywhere else!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Crawfish Bisque, Crab Cakes, and Bananas Foster. All delicious and Chef Charmaigne was great. So friendly and informative while we cooked. Had this for an anniversary lunch for my wife and I and it was perfect, recommended for everyone!

It was supposed to be a class but she cooked for us instead. She left behind several ingredients in the refrigerator (including crab meat, that she didn't use) and came back the next day to pick them up. Instead of making beignets from scratch she used a no name brand of biscuit mix in a can. :(
