Chef Vivian is knowledgeable about the history behind New Orleans cuisine. She shared with us her professional experience and made the evening fun and lighthearted. We cooked, drank, laughed, and just had an amazing time. The food was better than anything I’ve gotten at a restaurant. I loved how efficient the class was and would recommend that everyone learn from Chef Vivian.

Chef Vivian was welcoming, professional, and a great teacher. We loved hearing about the history of the area. Chef Vivian was knowledgeable and entertaining in telling us how the dishes we made became so popular here. We felt very special to share a kitchen with such an experienced chef. She showed us how to “cook with love.” The food tasted amazing! With her personality and skill, Vivian should have her own show on tv. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait for another chance to book with Chef Vivian!
