Although we got off to a bumpy start with the zoom technology (problem with the meeting ID sent by Cozymeal staff), Chef Ace did an excellent job. Unlike the other cozymeal class I took, which was good, this one didn't feel as rushed which makes it much more enjoyable. And Ace provided lots of additional cooking tips to go well beyond the scope of the class. Plus his recipes are delish!

Chef Ace food is awesome. His preparation and presentation of his dishes are classroom worthy. Now when you actually sit down to enjoy his food you are instantly placed in the throne room of heaven and you dont want to leave the table. You just want more. I have purchase his cookbook for myself and friends. Cooking is Chef Ace calling. Please keep picking up the telephone. Your friendship is priceless.

Chef Ace came to Janesville, WI in October, 2019 to present a cooking demonstration as a fundraiser for the School District of Janesville’s Delivering Bags of Hope. Not only was Chef Ace professional, he was very engaging with all in attendance. His presentation was very humorous and uplifting. In addition to the evening fundraiser, Chef Ace came to our high schools to do a presentation to culinary arts students. His rapport with the students was amazing, evening getting students at an 8am class up and working together to create a dish. In addition to being a talented chef, Chef Ace’s presentations are also very motivational. We are already planning our event with Chef Ace for Fall of 2020!
